Founded in 2021, Seattle jazz quartet FOURAGER is tenor saxophonist Jackson Cotugno, bassist Julian Weisman, guitarist Martin Budde and drummer Rocky Martin. Each four members of Forager showcase original jazz compositions while actively stretching the traditional roles and responsibilities of the four instruments in this setting. The band performs throughout Oregon, Washington, and abound. Forager is in its final mixing stages of releasing their 2024 debut recording, co-recorded by Ben Lange at Lang Studios, recorded May 12-13 2024, and Ross Hoyt, Live From Seattle’s Chapel Performance Space, recorded July 1, 2023.
