The premise is the installation of a small structure in a space, which would be the center for events. 

In addition to the curators’ own work, other artists, scholars, writers and community members will enter into the space to share their perspectives on altar/alter. 

The event will be structured like a mini festival with a main speaker or event each day along with opportunities for viewers to be participants in reflection, discussion and creation.
